Once full payment is made, we will ship your impression kit with full instructions. Once you have completed the impression process, you will mail your impression mold back to us.​​

Do You Offer Payment Options?:

• Yes, you can buy your custom grillz now and pay for them later with Afterpay, Affirm, Sezzle, or PayPal Pay Later!

How To Choose Your Metal Purity:

• 10k (41.7% gold and 58.3% alloy / 10 out of 24 parts gold): Most affordable and the least pure with the least amount of luster but it is the strongest against bending because it is majority alloy allowing it to stand up well to wear and tear.

• 14k (58.3% gold and 41.7% alloy / 14 out of 24 parts gold): Most popular gold used in jewelry making due to its perfect balance of purity, durability and luster. It's a great option for everyday wear and for anyone on a budget without sacrificing quality.

• 18k (75% gold and 25% alloy / 18 out of 24 parts gold): The highest quality and purity option for luster and shine and it pairs beautifully with diamonds.

  • *Just FYI, pure gold is 24k, meaning 24 out of 24 parts of the metal are gold and haven't been mixed with any other metals. We typically do not use 24k for grillz or jewelry making because it is incredibly soft causing it to bend, warp and scratch easily. This isn't a practical metal for grillz since they need to retain their shape over time. This is also why we do not have the 22k option listed. We do offer 22k, if that is what you prefer, but we recommend not going with a higher purity than 18k.

What Are Deep Cuts vs Perm Cuts?

• Deep Cuts provide a more natural, defined look than the standard grill cut. The spaces/dips between the teeth are cut deeper for a more realistic aesthetic style.

• Perm Cuts offer an even deeper cut for a more permanent look than the deep cuts.

What Are Canine Extensions?

• Canine Extension (Extended Fangs) adds a bit of length and gives more of a pointed look to your canines for that "fang" aesthetic style.

Turnaround Time and Shipping:

• Custom-fitted grills take approximately 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of your design and volume of orders in queue although our standard completion time is 2 weeks. Rush orders are also available for an additional fee.

• Once complete, your order will be shipped to you or will be available for you to pick up.

• U.S. Domestic Shipping:  Free USPS Priority Mail shipping for all orders over $99, otherwise, applicable shipping rates apply. In-store pickup is available with an appointment.

• International Shipping:  USPS International or FedEx International Shipping rates apply. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and any other regional fees in addition to our international shipping charge.

Do You Offer Repairs?

• Yes, we offer repair services on custom grillz only.

• Also, if there is any sizing problem with your new grill, we will make any adjustments needed to ensure your grill fits properly and to your liking.

• Due to the nature of this product, all payments are non-refundable.
