Pump until foam releases. Fill tray and even out smoothly. Insert tray in mouth and wipe off any excess foam on gums immediately, as this can cause irritation. Can be used 4 times per day in 15 minute sessions. Or, add one pea-sized pump to your toothpaste nightly to whiten, prevent restaining and improve overall oral health. Do not swallow or overuse. Brush teeth after use to remove any remaining whitening foam.
