TOOTH GEM, TEETH WHITENING & CUSTOM GRILLZ BOOKINGS: All deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 48 hours' notice must be given in order to have your deposit apply to your new appointment day/time. If 48 hours' notice is not provided, you will lose your deposit. You can still reschedule, but the original deposit will not be applied to your new appointment total. No exceptions. TECH CLASS BOOKINGS: All payments are non-refundable but are transferable for tech classes only.
